BBJ MMR II combines the germ killing ability of a disinfectant with a cleaning agent to clean mold, mildew and other bacteria and organisms, disinfect and deodorize in one labor saving step. This non-acid, ready-to-use, nonabrasive, solution cleans and disinfects hard, non-porous, inanimate environmental objects such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, glazed porcelain and ceramic tile, plastics, shower stalls, bathtubs, cabinets, air-conditioning vents, coils, grilles, diffusers, and other surfaces where microbial contamination may accumulate. It is a highly effective agent to use against a broad range of disease causing organisms, yet easy on equipment.

This powerful cleaner is ideal for use in homes, hospitals, nursing homes, operating rooms, public restrooms, schools, food processing plants, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, lodging establishments, retail businesses, and athlete/recreational facilities where housekeeping is of prime importance in controlling the hazard of cross contamination.

It may be used in the kitchen on counters, sinks, appliances, and stovetops. A rinse with potable water is required for surfaces in direct contact with food. In addition, this product deodorizes those areas that generally are hard to keep fresh smelling, such as garbage storage areas, empty garbage bins and cans, basements, restrooms and other areas which are prone to odors caused by microorganisms.
